Cookies
This Site currently sets no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. That’s why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. If we add analytics or checkout functionality that uses non-essential cookies, we will add a consent notice at that time and update this policy.
What we do collect
Votes: design votes are recorded as anonymous counts — no account, no personal identifier stored by us.
Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent) for security and operations, retained per their policy.
Orders (when checkout launches): name, shipping address, and email will be collected to fulfill orders, shared only with our payment processor and print/fulfillment partners, and never sold.
Third parties
Product images are served from our storage provider. Orders are fulfilled by print-on-demand partners who receive only what is needed to print and ship (design file, product, shipping address). Payments, when live, are processed by a payment processor — we never see or store card numbers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Since we hold almost none, requests are usually simple. Email privacy@shirtation.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
